Due to the nature of handcrafted independent business, we cannot accept returns.
If an exchange is desired, depending on the item in question, a recasting fee may apply. See additional info on ring exchanges, below.
While we are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase, because all of our pieces are handmade to order, all sales are final. We recommend that you confirm appropriate sizing for rings or any other customized pieces prior to placing your online order.
If an item shipped to you is defective, you may return it within the first 7 days after receipt. We will make necessary repairs to the item and return it to you. You are responsible for shipping costs associated with any such returns, and we recommend that you insure any shipments for up to the value of the returned item.
Due to the handmade nature of the items, cancellations are not accepted. These items take a lot of time and effort to create so please do not order lightly. Once the production process has been started, cancellations cannot be accepted. Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order that has just been placed (same day).
All orders within the United States are tracked. We are not responsible for packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you’re item has been marked as delivered, but you did not receive it, please visit your local post office to see if they are holding it for you; this is often the case with small packages.
International Customers: First Class International Packages are not tracked. They are not the responsibility of Xanne Fran Studios if they are lost in transit. To ensure packages arrive safely, I always recommend Priority Mail International.
*If you have an issue, we will always work to make sure you are happy with your purchase but we can't help you if you do not let us know there is a problem. Please refrain from leaving negative feedback until we have communicated; it can be unnecessarily damaging to small business owners like us who pride themselves on customer satisfaction.
In regards to RINGS:
Please be ABSOLUTELY certain of your ring size when ordering. Your hands change constantly due to weight loss/gain and aging so be sure to double check with a professional if it has been a while since you've been sized (more than a few years).
For rings ordered in an incorrect size: Due to the complex and lengthy production process, I can only offer ONE size exchange per ring. If there is only a small amount of adjusting needed, we are happy to enlarge rings free of charge if they are a little too snug when they arrive. If the size difference is too great, a new ring will need to be cast and a recasting fee will apply. *Recasting fees vary depending on the size of the new ring needed. If a new item needs to be made, there will be a 2-3 week turn-around time for the new piece to be made and shipped.
