Q: Can you make me a custom design?

A: Of course! We take on all kinds of custom projects.  Contact us with your custom jewelry questions and we’ll give you a quote. 

Q: Are your items solid sterling silver all the way through or are they hollow on the inside?

A: Every single one of our pieces are cast in solid sterling silver all the way through.  There is no hollowing out, no plating, no shenanigans whatsoever.

Q: I ordered a ring from Xanne Fran and it doesn't fit.  Can I exchange it?

A: Since all rings are made to order, they cannot easily be exchanged.  If we are unable to resize your current ring because the size you need is significantly different than the size you ordered, a new ring will need to be made and a recasting fee will apply.   Contact us directly for details.  *Please be certain of your ring size before purchasing a ring to ensure it will fit correctly.  We suggest going to a local jeweler to be sized properly.  Custom sizes cannot be returned or exchanged.

Q: Do you ship worldwide?

A: Yes! We ship everywhere.  Keep in mind that shipping times vary greatly for international carriers and Xanne Fran is not responsible for any import taxes or duties that may apply upon delivery.

Q: I need this item immediately.  Can you make it, ship it, and have it delivered by tomorrow?

A: We’re sorry, we wish we could, but our items take two to three weeks to complete. Since all orders are created and shipped in the order in which they are received, you'll have to wait your turn.  Select items that are in-stock may ship faster.

Q: I paid for expedited shipping, why hasn't my item arrived yet?

A: Expedited shipping only expedites the shipping time, not the time needed to create the jewelry.  You can't rush a good thing!

Q: Can you "dip" or plate an item in gold?

A: We currently do not gold plate any of our items. We do offer solid 10k and 14k gold casting for most items.  Message us directly for inquiries. 

Q:  My chain broke on my necklace, will you replace it?

A:  Sorry, but no.  Unless your necklace arrived defective, we can't be responsible for broken chains.  We always recommend you take proper care of your chains.  Always take off chains before showering, sleeping, exercising or any activity where they could easily be damaged. 

Q: Can you engrave my order for an extra charge?

A: We do not offer engraving services at this time.  We recommend using a local jeweler to engrave items once you have received them.
