Samara Wings Necklace

This beautifully delicate necklace is made from tiny maple tree seed pods, called samaras. I trimmed and shaped them a bit before molding and casting them in solid sterling silver, and strung them in such a way to mimic wings. This necklace is a nod to my sculpture work, creating magical creatures from bits of nature. The two little wings are connected by a small piece of chain that matches the rest of the necklace. The backside is hallmarked both 925 and mf XF maker's mark. The necklace comes in your chosen length.
*I am wearing a 16" necklace in the reference photo. Everyone's measurements are different so please measure yourself if you are unsure of the length you need.
